Social Balance Sheet: A Transparent Commitment
In this section, the Company is pleased to share its Social Balance Sheet, a document that demonstrates our serious commitment to adopting and implementing the SA8000 standard. This choice reflects our solid commitment to ensuring and promoting compliance with high ethical standards, protecting workers' health and rights, fundamental pillars on which our corporate mission is based. The drafting of this balance sheet is a concrete action with which we formalize our dedication to maintaining and constantly improving working conditions, with a view to transparency and social responsibility.

The company LE ANTICHE MURA SRL has adopted a management system according to the UNI PdR 125:2022 Practice in order to guarantee and certify compliance with the requirements that the same standard defines, the same ones that are inherent in company policies and considered fundamental for the construction of a work environment that respects those values of social ethics on which the company was built and of which it wants to be a spokesperson and therefore be an active subject of a path of cultural change by spreading a culture of inclusion contrary to any discrimination. The Company provides a clear and direct mechanism for reporting issues related to the SA8000 and UNI PdR 125 regulations, inviting workers, suppliers and all interested parties to actively participate in maintaining the ethical standards that characterize us. Anyone wishing to express concerns or make complaints regarding compliance with the regulations is invited to download and complete the form available below. After having filled it in carefully in all its parts, the form must be sent by email to our ethics management systems manager, at the dedicated address sa8000@leantichemura.net.
