In questo contesto, si inserisce l’adozione del nuovo Corporate welfare conciliation plan, part of the Le Antiche Mura Direzione Welfare project, created thanks to the European Social Fund+ of the Tuscany Region.

Il progetto Le Antiche Mura Direzione Welfare nasce dalla volontà di rendere il contesto lavorativo il più possibile accogliente, confortevole e rispondente alle necessità anche extralavorative delle e dei dipendenti. L’obiettivo è migliorare la qualità della vita del personale, ascoltando i bisogni e mettendo al centro il benessere, con azioni e interventi mirati e con la redazione e l’adozione di un Piano welfare aziendale.
